Clients are granted a license to use the content as per the terms of the agreement. Unauthorised use or distribution of content outside the scope of the agreement may result in legal action.
 

9. Limitation of Liability

Glow Luxe Media will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, website, or content. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from website downtime, third-party service failures, or content errors.
 

10. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, Glow Luxe Media encourages clients to resolve the issue informally. If a resolution cannot be reached, the following steps will apply:
